We are located in a peaceful conservation area on the eastern side of St.Ives Bay, close to the magnificient sandy beach at Gwithian that stretches for 3 miles. The "Towans" (Cornish for grassy sand dunes) cover many acres of SSSI conservation area and are ideal for walking and taking in the stunning scenery.

Sandbank is situated in the heart of St. Ives Bay and within 2 miles of Hayle. St. Ives and Carbis Bay are also within a short drive.

We are ideally located for the beach, touring, walking and watersport holidays, aswell as birdwatching, and within easy travelling distance of all areas of Cornwall with its vast array of attractions.

It could also be worth noting May and June are the driest months in Cornwall.

Sandbank is located in this beautiful conservation area on the eastern side of St.Ives Bay, just moments away from 3 miles of golden sands. Cornwall is well known as a place for all seasons with the UK's mildest climate.

St Ives Bay is one of only a small number of Bays world-wide to receive the accolade of being one of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World. There are only two in the UK, the other being Mount's Bay which is only 15 minutes drive away.
